symfonisk not recognized by s1 app

i have 3 symfonisk speakers in my house and none will sync to app. the s1 app will not find them and the older app cant find my music library. is there a way to just start from scratch? like i just purchased all 3 speakers and are setting up new??

Which specific SYMFONISK speakers do you have? Some of the newer speakers are only S2 compatible. Read more here:
