Our Sonos Play 5 is suddenly silent.  It’s visible (via wi-fi) to the Sonos app and also to the Spotify app, but there’s simply no sound coming out.  We’ve tried disconnecting the speaker and confirmed the volume settings.  Completely at a loss as to what to do.

 

Meanwhile, our Connect in another room is working just fine.

Try unplugging the speaker from power for a couple of minutes and rebooting your router.
