When launching my Sonos app on my iPhone I get the message that there is no products on my system. However this can’t be right as I have one speaker playing. What’s up?  

The app is having a bad day. Firstly, make sure the “local network” permission is allowed for the app. Secondly, force kill the app and try again.

Next, reboot the router, your phone, and the speaker.

Do NOT factory reset your speaker, it is fine.
