Speakers only showing on one phone?

Badge

I have a pair of Era 300s in my “living room” and a Roam SL in the “bedroom”  

However, the Roam are displaying in my wife’s S2 app, but not mine  The Eras are displaying in my S2 app, but not my wife’s  

After a rough day of troubleshooting, I don’t know how to fix this. 

Do you know how to merge these so that both speakers are displaying on both our apps?

In a SONOS controller go to Settings —> System —> About My System and note the Sonos ID. I suspect that your’s is different from your wife’s. What music services do you each use? Do you each have a different collection of playlists? Are these playlists stored by the music service(s) or are they SONOS Playlists?
