Sonos not connecting to Apple TV, was working only weeks ago

I airplay my projectors sound to two Sonos Ones. And they worked well only a few weeks ago. It was simply a matter of selecting the Sonos system from the audio menu and it would connect.
Now I’ve tried factory resetting and reconnecting the speakers and they still won’t play through Apple TV.

I’m stuck and not sure what else to try?
Could it be the latest version of the app? I’ve read a few others complaining of different problems but blaming it on the app.

Anyone with a similar problem? Or any ideas of what else I might need to try to get them working again.

There was an update recently that didn't automatically show up. It had to be initiated from the app. Have you checked for updates?

In general we don’t recommend Factory Reset without further consult. The reset destroys diagnostic data that SONOS support could have used to identify the problem. Submit a diagnostic immediately after experiencing an issue, then follow up with SONOS support.

Check if your Apple TV, Sonos speakers, and the Sonos app are running the latest firmware/software versions. Compatibility issues can sometimes arise with outdated software.

Thanks for all the responses. I had updated all the software before I reset the speakers.

Weirdly enough I can’t see the speakers on the Apple TV drop down menu. But I can see it on my phone and connect it using the phone.

It’s really strange.
