I came back from holiday yesterday done the latest update I don’t know if it’s me but after updating speakers sound a bit louder and have more impact

mine gen 3 sub also has a different tone lot better sounding has any one else experience this with latest update

Did you have EQ settings adjusted before you did the update?  If so see if they fell back to the default flat settings.

My settings was set to how I normally have them but after update the sub was on zero and 2 fives the bass was on zero not sure if it was the placebo effect cos I was away on holiday and I didn’t listen to anything on Sonos

It’s been 2 days now after update it sounds like I have my old Sonos system back happy days

Yes, I feel like my sub sounds heaps louder too!

It’s amazing how Sonos always has so much bass…but they never allow the highs to go higher. The Sonos engineers must listen to rap and hip hop…

😂 and drum and bass I know what you mean my fives I have to push the treble up so it sounds even with the bass

Treble is set at max and bass is in the minus.. Sonos engineers need to get their hearing checked..

Maybe Sonos engineers need hearing test wearing new Sonos headphones lol

I’ve had a problem with new app for the last couple of months everything sets to zero sometimes when I open the app when I move the sliders for EQ it makes no changes I managed to get through to Sonos he done a check and said I need to turn of my 2.5 ghz on WiFi that’s what’s causing the problem I thought what the hell my beam only runs on 2.5 ghz and the arc any way cut a long story short I changed the channel from 6 to 1 in the app so far it’s been 4 days and haven’t had that problem
