Sonos Play:5 gen1 - audio issue

one sonos5 gen 1st plays, but there is a ticking sound at the same time and it disrupts playback

First try a power cycle, unplug it for at least a minute.

If that doesn't work, let it make the ticking sound for a couple minutes and submit a diagnostic. Once submitted CALL Sonos support and discuss it.
