Sonos Play 5, Gen 1 Not resetting

I tried to reset my Play 5 and it keeps flashing orange and white.  Green led never comes on.

Any advice?

Hello,

Although the flashing orange and white status light is part of the reset process, it can also indicate a fault condition. The latter being more likely if the led never turns green.
