New Sky 500 max router, old ish Sonos one. All ok until i needed to connect to latest WIFI.
It connects when wired no problem but will not work wireless. I have tried many times. Factory resets etc etc.
I am not especially tech savvy but usually get by. Not this time. Tried Iphone and Samsung phones.

thanks for reply….Sonos tech fixed it but now theres no music unless I send it from my phone etc
“…send it from my phone” as in via Bluetooth, or instigate a stream from a radio station from my phone?
If behaviour now is so different, how were you doing it previously?
