Is there a fix for this?

No one accessed the Sonos app or any other app to cause this to occur. Sonos Live radio blasted salsa music through the speaker all on its own, to the displeasure of all my neighbors. Chat support was worthless, only resulted in setting a volume limit so that when their system does it again, it won’t be as obnoxious.
