Sonos One SL no sound issue

Hai my Sonos One SL is no sound, it conncet to sonos app. I already reset any times but still no sound, anyone have the same problem before?

Since you did the Factory Reset you removed all your settings and any diagnostic data Sonos could have used to help you.

All you can do at this point is install it again as a new system.

DO NOT keep doing Factory Resets, they do not help, only make your problems worse and harder to recover from.

And if it still has no sound, maybe give Sonos a call?

Are you trying to stream music via a service? If so make sure the streaming service is available in your region.

The speaker only sound click, no chime sound when connected to apps. The sonos customer serivice said it faulty and defective have to replace, but my product no longer under 2 year waranty, so what can i do? It need to repair?

Sonos doesn’t have a repair facility. Although you may find a 3rd party that offers repairs.

Check your country’s policy with Sonos regarding manufacturers liability regarding their warranty. Some countries have provisions that extend beyond what the manufacturer offers for defective products that are out of warranty.

If after checking you find that the 2 year warranty is all that is available to you there may be another option. Check your product page under your login profile at Sonos.com to see if your Sonos One qualities for a discount toward the purchase of an Era 100 (which is the logical replacement).

If not you can look for used Sonos One’s on-line.
