sonos one gen 2 not connecting

I have done a factory rest and connected my Sonos one gen 2 to the network. It then says the message in the image I have attached. However, there is no system settings in the app. I see a settings icon in the top right but it doesn’t let me click it. Any advice?

Factory resets cause many problems and much frustration, best to follow the official Sonos advice to avoid them unless instructed to do one.

At this point you may need a system refresh to unscramble things. Power down ALL Sonos, reboot router and controller then power the Sonos back up.
