Hello, I have a problem with my Sonos One gen 2. After a power outage, my Sonos refuses to connect to the Wi-Fi network (eternet too...). I want to do a hard reset. By staying pressed on the synchronization button and plugging in the socket but it always flashes white, never orange. I tried on my second and no problem. Is there another solution?

It sounds rather like a hardware issue, but you’re perhaps best to contact/chat with Sonos Support Staff via this LINK and see what the Staff can perhaps suggest to resolve the matter.

Save the hard-reset, properly called Factory Reset for until after you have talked to Sonos Support, it rarely cures a problem, always removes useful diagnostic information and often makes getting things working again harder.

I had the technical support, they can't do anything... I sent it for diagnosis to the store where I bought it.
