Goodmorning,
I’m a bit surprised that out of the blue, my Sonos One (only a few years old) apparently, according to Sound Repair Belgium, has a burned audio chip and is unrepairable. Is this a common thing ? I have quite a few Sonos speakers and after the hassle of the last year (software), I was not really prepared to see hardware problems showing up.
Since Sound Repair is not returning the unit, I was wondering if I could get some kind of commercial compensation to replace one or more units and just as important, could it happen to other Sonos devices too ?
In the meantime, we keep struggling with the app, lot of interruptions, especially when changing songs lead to fall out on many devices (up to two minutes to get everything back in sync).
Best regards,
Vincent Verraest
