I’m sorry to hear that you’re having trouble playing your playlists on your system.
Just to confirm, you aren’t able to play your own personal playlists via Alexa, but asking for an artist, song, or other playlist will play when requested? As a test, can you try to play your playlist via the Sonos app instead of requesting it via Alexa.
If all Apple Music content failed to play then I would assume either an Alexa or Apple Music issue, however if only certain content fails then it is likely due to some sort of restriction. Is the playlist you are trying to play a Smart Playlist? If so, that is only available within the Apple Music app and is not supported on Sonos.
If it isn’t a Smart Playlist, or you can play the playlist via the Sonos app, then I would suggest contacting our support team for further assistance. They have the necessary tools available to assist you in troubleshooting this issue.
