Both of my moves willl not charge. Any suggestions 

How are you attempting to charge the MOVE’s? Are you using the same physical charging device in all attempts?

Here are some charging details. Note the charger power requirements if you are using a 3rd party USB charger.


Also, if you think their might be a possibility that a Sonos charger itself is faulty, you should call Sonos Support directly to discuss it.


Check the charger is actually receiving power. Too often, this scenario is due to someone removing the plug or turning off the plug socket.
