As far as I can tell, the Sonos Architectural In-ceiling speakers are not IP-rated and not designed to be used outdoors. If you are concerned with humidity in a pool room, you should consider getting IP-rated in-ceiling speakers instead and use a Sonos Amp to power them.

And even if you’re talking about a pool table (game)  room, a Sonos Amp and appropriate in-ceiling speakers would be a great choice. 

The Sonos/Sonance outdoor speakers would be a good choice. A Sonos Amp can power six of them and you might find the mounting options could give you better sound than in-ceiling speakers.
