I couldn’t update the speaker so unplugged and connected to the router. That didn’t work so I factory reset it. Now sonos can’t see it to add to my system. 3 days of unplugging and rebooting.

Hi @Scottbirm,

Factory Resets rarely solve any issues and I would always leave that as the last possible step, so I’d recommend against doing any more unless specified.

If your speaker isn’t updating, it would be giving out a specific error message that we could check using the diagnostics. Do you happen to know what this error was, or when trying to add the device back to your system, is it giving you a message with an error code?

I’d also suggest reaching out to our support team for some live troubleshooting, as they have the tools necessary to get your speaker reconnected to your system.

I hope this helps!
