I bought a Sonos era 300 from UK on May 2023. I am using the speaker in India which has suddenly run into an issue. Can I get the product replaced in India if it’s still under warranty?

Hi @Raja83

Thanks for your post!

We do not ship to India directly, so you would not be able to replace a unit directly from there. If you know someone in a supported country that we do ship to, you could post the unit to them and get them to do the exchange for you, then get them to post it back. As you can imagine, however, this would probably not be particularly cheap to do - we can only cover the shipping costs from a support country, so you’d need to cover the costs of getting it out of and back into India.

If you want to go ahead with this, please get in touch with our technical support team to determine if that is the best course of action for you.

I hope this helps.

You may get an answer from Sonos themselves. This is a user community and for a question like this you’re more likely to get speculation.
