I have a pair of speakers that have worked well together for a year. Now only one is playing.

The other boots ok, shows solid white light, no sound comes out.

I was playing with the buttons. In the app I get this display; Living Room (?+R)

How do I reset them?

Ed

No need to reset, it doesn’t help.  Go into the setup and separate the stereo pair.  Then, if the missing unit reappears, reconfigure as a stereo pair.  If it doesn’t reappear, try adding it as a new product.

I can’t find those items. Which app are you using?

That would be the Sonos app, on either Android or iOS. The desktop versions of the app no longer have those abilities.

Are you serious???

How can you say in your initial post “I was playing with the buttons. In the app I get this display; Living Room (?+R)” and now you ask “where do I get those”??? Just what can’t you find ?

Any Android, or iOS, App Store - or the S2 Sonos App is also available here:

Let me know the app, and how to navigate to the place where I can “ reconfigure as a stereo pair “.

@Ken_Griffiths gave you the information you need on where to get the applications.

Are you a modern drip?

For your information a “modern drip” is someone who can’t see beyond the end of their limited vocabulary; can’t see through the eyes beyond their own; myopic and dull-witted.

Well then, have a quiet rage, get beyond your anger, and try to be useful.

The Sonos iOS or Android app.  As to how to navigate, I gave you 3 links above to the full instructions.

I’m sorry, jgatie. I was exceptionally rude there.

I can’t excuse it, but I can give some mitigating circumstances.

I have Sonos apps everywhere; have had them for years. On Windows PCs, iPads, android phones. And there’s Sonos, Sonos1, Sonos2.

A plethora of apps.

I’ve got it sorted now; more by trial and error than elsewise. Interesting journey into wifi.
