Sonos 5 speaker pair

I have a pair of speakers that have worked well together for a year. Now only one is playing.

The other boots ok, shows solid white light, no sound comes out.

I was playing with the buttons. In the app I get this display; Living Room (?+R)

How do I reset them?

No need to reset, it doesn’t help.  Go into the setup and separate the stereo pair.  Then, if the missing unit reappears, reconfigure as a stereo pair.  If it doesn’t reappear, try adding it as a new product.

I can’t find those items. Which app are you using?

That would be the Sonos app, on either Android or iOS. The desktop versions of the app no longer have those abilities.

Are you serious???

How can you say in your initial post “I was playing with the buttons. In the app I get this display; Living Room (?+R)” and now you ask “where do I get those”??? Just what can’t you find ?
