Hello Sonos

I placed an order with your good selves with a 40% discount code which you offered me for my next purchase my case number: redacted] because the discount code did not work properly, you advised me to not accept the delivery which I have done, but it seems that it takes a hell of a time to get back to your warehouse to be re-scanned in to be re-issued with a refund and another 40% discount code which I'm still waiting for in this day and age it should not take 12 days and still no sign of a refund or discount code I've got the same situation with another company Ubiquiti  once they received the parcel the next day from myself the item was processed that day and back in the post the same day that is called professional conduct and an experience to receive 

What has gone wrong with Sonos processes?
