I am so disappointed I kinda want to scream.  The company is worried about “badges” when their basic system is almost flatlining for me.  I had 13 pieces (responsible for the purchase of 40 others) and my system is almost flatlining.  Right now two Moves and the Amp are working.  I can’t get the S1 AP to even work as it immediately goes to a flash screen that you should use S2 because ALL components work on it (they don’t and Sonos knows it!).  In the vernacular of my old Navy days - YHGTBFSM!  I really don’t even know where to start.

Call Support.

If you want the other users here to try to help give them some information about your setup and problems.

Try a third party app that can handle split S1/S2 systems, the Sonos mobile app has a nasty habit of trying to force S2 onto systems that cannot handle it.
