Who the **** is in charge at Sonos and have they even passed any qualifications to be in charge.

 Ohwhere  to begin after update left speaker playing what seems like the left hand side of the band right speaker full pelt bells and whistles …sounds great however both speakers playing out of sync by 20 seconds wtf…….note to Sonos please get an add on something physical and stop pissing us about

Who the fk is in charge at Sonos and have they even passed any qualifications to be in charge because from the user end they need thrashing to within an inch of their miserable lives. Ohwhere  to begin after update left speaker playing what seems like the left hand side of the band right speaker full pelt bells and whistles …sounds great however both speakers playing out of sync by 20 seconds wtf…….note to Sonos please get an add on something physical and stop pissing us about 



Odd; I updated my system yesterday, and added a Sub Mini, with no issues. 
 

Have you tried powering down the speakers and your router for a few minutes and then restarting them - first the router, then when router is fully started and wifi is running - your Playbar and then other devices? 
 

BTW, I don’t think your choice of language does much to gain you support or sympathy.

Very true.  I know when I worked customer support, the willingness to help with a complaint was inversely proportional to the level of immaturity displayed by the complainant.
