Hi there, I have been having an issue with a play one which I got given from my dad along with another (which works fine just now) and the one I am having bother with was working perfectly fine for a while and now seems to not want to connect to my Sonos app after I just purchased a Sonos ray so looking to get the 2 play 1’s setup for movies etc. 

 

the play one I am having issues with is showing up on my Sonos app and when I go to connect I get by the connecting to the Sonos wifi but soon as I get to the chime it just does not want to do it. I have tried doing a factory reset and does not change from orange to green! Bit of a pain and have done it even with Ethernet cable connected and unfortunately still the same result. Thought I would ask in here as a last ditch effort before I go and buy another. If anyone else has had the same issue or has found a fix it would be greatly appreciated to share. 

I would call Sonos Support directly to discuss it. It is certainly less expensive than purchasing a new speaker. 

When you speak directly to the phone folks, they have tools at their disposal that will allow them to give you advice specific to your network and Sonos system.
