Play 5 Gen 1 Return

Hello,

I have a Play 5 Gen 1 that stopped working.  I called Sonos support and after diagnostics they sent me an RMA number for a return for a discount code.  All of my other Sonos components are Gen 1, so I would like to purchase another refurbished Play 5 Gen 1, but I don't see one offered on Sonos.com.  Any help would be much appreciated!

Thanks,

Randy

Downgrading a newer Sonos to S1 is a possibility.

A used Play 5 Gen 2 might be a good option for you.

There’s not likely much this community site can help with that. I don’t think Sonos sells any refurbished S1 products any more. Your best bet may be used product resale sites, such as eBay or similar.
