my Sonos Play:3 , i have two of them, played nicely for years, after latest firmware upgrade they show up as not registered and even resetting them three times Im not able to register them again.

 

At the end the sonos app states that i have to contact the Support 

 

im logged in, all other speakers working fine.

 

 

What did ‘the support’ say, when you called in? 


i did not call yet, wanted to see if there is something else to consider... 


i solved the issue by connecting the speakers to RJ45, than the process went trough the final Audio PIN procedure and was registered again. Switched back to Wifi , all okay.

 

Why: really don't know.
