Hi, my play 3 has been working fine for years. Now  it's disappeared from the app. I have factory reset it, it says connected to my sonos system again, but it does not show up in the app. Any ideas.

Factory reset probably didn’t help anything, beyond deleting data that Sonos might have used to help you. 

At this point, I would call Sonos Support directly to discuss it.

When you speak directly to the phone folks, they have tools at their disposal that will allow them to give you advice specific to your network and Sonos system.
