Sorry, do you mean a firmware update, or a software update? Where are you seeing an error, and what error is displayed?
I’m hoping you’re not trying to upgrade from a Sonos PLAY:1 to a Sonos One, or a Sonos Era 100, otherwise, I’m heading in the wrong direction.
Oh, are you attempting to ‘upgrade’ from S1 to S2? Your post is way too ambiguous, unfortunately, or perhaps there are too many possibilities.
