play 1 grey no sound

Play 1 light steady green. In Sonos app it shows with flickering I think indicating connected to wifi. But it is grey and I can move volume but it is grey and no sound

Just pressed the + on the play 1 and that did the trick

I think green LED simply means the speaker is muted. https://support.sonos.com/en/article/sonos-led-lights

Can you connect the speaker using internet cable temporarily to try and troubleshoot?
