Play:1 connects through ethernet but cannot connect throug WiFi

I bought a refurbished Play 1, and am trying to connect it to the WiFi. After no luck, I connected it to the router via ethernet, and it worked fine! I then disconnected it from the ethernet and tried to connect it to the WiFi again, but it still won’t work. Anyone know how to solve this?

In Settings, have you checked wifi is enabled?

 

If it is, try toggling off/on. If still no joy, connect on Ethernet cable, generate a diagnostics report and contact Sonos support: it may be faulty.
