Surround sound speakers, both play 1s, one of which does not stay connected. Same distance from beam. Left side goes in and out of connection. What gives? Wear and tear of product? Tried everything, talked to customer service, diagnostic reports. Nothing worth noting. Sonos app displays “?” for LS. Any suggestions/ guidance? Ty

Try unbonding the Play:1s as surrounds from the Beam and unplugging all three speakers from power for a couple of minutes. Reboot your router. Swap the positions of the Play:1s and plug them all back in and add the Play:1s as surrounds again.
