Connection with optical digital cable from my Hisense smart TV to Sonos Ray and keep getting massage "no signal detected". What else can I do?

View originalMake sure you have removed the plastic caps on both ends of the optical cable. And be sure the cable has been fully inserted into the Ray and TV.
