Connection with optical digital cable from my Hisense smart TV to Sonos Ray and keep getting massage "no signal detected". What else can I do?

Yeah I know that thanks. Was a setting on the TV

Make sure you have removed the plastic caps on both ends of the optical cable. And be sure the cable has been fully inserted into the Ray and TV.
