Has there been any change to your network? Please make sure that you meet the Sonos system requirements.

What is the current light status on your Sonos Era 100 and Sonos Era 300? Have a look at our Sonos LED lights page which shows what each light colour means.

A refresh to the network connections can help and can be achieved by rebooting all networking devices involved. Start with your Router → Sonos → Controller (smartphone/tablet).

If you are still unable to connect to your Sonos Era 100 and Sonos Era 300, I would recommend you to reach out to our Support Team via phone for some live troubleshooting.

They have tools at their disposal to provide you with advice and information specific to your Sonos system and what it reports.

Last weekend a traveled and took my Era 100 with me. 

There i connected to a new network, after reseted my era 100 to "factory config"after turned it on, while pressing the BT button. It keep working the whole weekend.

Backhome , I , again, "reseted" the Era 100 and just reconected to my home Network, the one tha ERA 300 was still connected , thinking that i was just going to REadd the era 100!

The thing is that, i can't connect the app, and so any of my speakers to the Network that i was using before.

It says "you're no connected, you must first go through the speaker update ". The same thing happend the first time i install de speaker, but at that time I was abble to go through de uptade, and now it says i can't… showing different types of erro everytime.

When i turned it on, i saw a flashing orange / withe light, then after paring it becomes green!

I went through the "uptading network" at suport page on the APP.

I've tried the Network/Sonos /App and iphone "reset"more than 1 time.

if something that i said sound strange, let me know, please!

Download the Sonos app for Windows or Mac from the Sonos website. Google ‘Sonos app downloads’ to find the correct link as it might differ for your country.

Then go to Settings, and run the System Update from there. This can often overcome errors starting 1xxx.

Descarga la app de Sonos para Windows o Mac desde el sitio web de Sonos. Busca "Descargas de la app de Sonos" en Google para encontrar el enlace correcto, ya que podría variar según tu país.

Luego, ve a Configuración y ejecuta la Actualización del sistema desde allí. Esto suele solucionar errores al iniciar 1xxx.
