My play5 gen2 operate only by Ethernet. No way to Connect by Wi-Fi. Suggestions?

Assuming you’ve not selected Disable WiFi, the circuit board may have failed: contact Sonos support and see what they say.

Do you have other Sonos devices that can connect wirelessly? If other devices can, but this cannot, then its wireless card has likely failed, which happens on Play5s.
