Hi all i have just changed wifi providers. My beam has the internet and is linked to my Alexa app and Amazon music. However whenbi ask alexa to do anything she doesnt make the start up noise to know that shebos listening, hiwever she is listening because she can control my smart plugs ok.

if i ask her to play BBC Radio 2 she will say playing BBC Radio2 but no radio comes on. The same thing hspens on my Sonos1 smart speaker. All of my Amazon echo speakers are working fine. Can anyone help ?
