no longer connecting to my system

My Sonos move is no longer showing on my system tried unplugging and re plugging etc and nothing.

ROAM’s seem to be very reliable because there have been very few reports indicating any hardware failure. Virtually all reports are related to networking issues.

Are any status lights visible? Make sure that the charger ring or USB power supplies are functioning.

While I don’t recall any reports that it was helpful, you could try popping the battery out for a few minutes.
