I have changed my wireless provider. I cannot get my old gen 1 play5 to work. I have the same network in the app and on my phone, but it will only work if I revert to the old network on my phone. That network is not present in the app.

Thanks for replying. I did follow all the instructions. In the end, I disconnected the old network and it worked
