We did the new app install, we are unable to connect to television. When it appears we’ve connected, there is no sound coming from speakers. We use three different, I’m not sure if they’re call receivers or amps, with prior app we could play Spotify out of one and the TV out of others at same time. Now it appears everything loops back to music. Did the 75 minute wait for the 5 minute call that said “issue has been noted and forwarded”. Any suggestions?
