The new app is horrendous. Half my devices have disappeared. I have lost all my playlists. I can’t queue music. Volume control is iffy. Zone selection is finicky and half the time it doesnt work.
We have barely used our system in weeks because it is so horribly broken.
As far as I can tell this app was not tested at all. It’s shameful and it’s an insult to long-time customers like me who have spent thousands on your devices.
Please offer a rollback ASAP. If you do not, I will replace my system, and I will look into whether we have legal options. This is absolutely and completely unacceptable. Shame on you.
