MOVE-No sound

My Sonos move is plugged in, connected via Bluetooth to my Spotify app on my phone. When i press any button on my speaker, it responds but there is no sound no matter what i do. Any help will do. Hope is not a hardware issue.

It worked. Actually it needed a hard reset. Thank you very much for your help!

For ALL issues I have had with my Moves (both 1 and 2) they were always resolved by taking the Move off it’s charging base.  Powering down the Move completely (8 second long press of power button).

After a couple of minutes place the Move back on the charging base and, if it doesn’t auto power on, power the unit on and wait a coupe of minutes and then try the unit for sound via WiFi and BT.

 

Not sure if this will work for your specific BT issue, but I have had the same issue regarding no sound, but app shows it playing, and this solved it.
