I know this has been covered before but it is still a problem, though it is hit and miss. I have a couple of very large playlists in Apple. Sometimes they will load and other times no luck. Have never had a problem with smaller (less than 500 songs) playlist. This really should not be a problem for Sonos.

Assuming you’ve read the error codes FAQ, it may not be a problem for Sonos, but it may be a problem for your speaker’s connection to the Apple servers, due to wifi interference or some other networking issue, such as duplicate IP addresses. I’d certainly recommend the next time it happens, you submit a system diagnostic within 10 minutes of experiencing this problem, and call Sonos Support to discuss it.
There may be information included in the diagnostic that will help Sonos pinpoint the issue and help you find a solution.
When you speak directly to the phone folks, they have tools at their disposal that will allow them to give you advice specific to your Sonos system and network.
