So over the last week, I have had my ERA 100 randomly connecting to devices that have never connected to it, connecting and booting me off of it. I have made extra it's not an office prank, anyone else having issues like this?

You need to wait for this, reconnect to it and send a diagnostic. Sooner is better, 10 minutes is iffy and 15 usually too late.

It would be interesting to know what Support says, too. Details such as ‘connecting via WiFi, AirPlay 2, or Bluetooth’ and ‘why’ would be illuminating. I certainly can’t think of any reason why a Sonos product would connect to any other connection unless it has been ‘told’ about it.
Honestly, what you are saying doesn’t make sense. The Era 100 can’t randomly connect to a “device” which in and of itself is a very broad statement/description.
The Era 100 can be viewed by any one who is on the same network and downloads the app to connect to a local Sonos system on the network. They have the ability to play music but not make changes and/or additions to the system. To do so they would have to know the login credentials. The above would also include connecting over Airplay2.
If the Era 100 is in Bluetooth (BT) mode anyone with a BT capable device can discover it, connect and stream music to it over BT. That would coincide with your description of “randomly” connecting to a device. However, in actuality the connection isn’t exactly random. It’s just that the connection over BT is remembered and the closest device in range connects on a first come first serve basis.
As this unit by your suggestion appears to be in an office environment I’d check to see who has the Sonos App on their phone or tablet when connected to the Office network and/or who has connected via BT to the Era 100 in the pass.
Might not be tne Era doing tne connecting, other devices may be seeing it and trying to make a connection. I don't pay much attention but I see to recall my Sonos showing up in Windows and other devices as a media server.
With no internal access to the logs, a diagnostic and support call seems the only viable option.
