You should tell Sonos that, this is a user to user forum with little official presence.

Call support and tell them why you are not happy.

I’m really not sure what a post like this is expects to achieve. There are still many genuine issues with the software that Sonos started rolling out in May 2024 but unless we articulate the issues clearly and offer some details on context and anything that we can see that is contributing to the issues the complaints are easily dismissed as another anti Sonos diatribe.

It’s hard enough to get a genuine discussion about the real issues and posts like this just make it harder for those of us who are invested in the products and want them to work like they used to. I have seriously considered moving to something else but the questions of what that product would be and how to justify the expense when Sonos is slowly getting better and now works for me most of the time is why I’m still a Sonos user, albeit one that is nowhere as happy with the reliability and stability as I used to be.

waiting for my home audio professional to switch out the amps. Thanks for your useless advice.

Glad you have a solution but not understanding why you keep dumping on other Sonos users here? If any staff sees your post, even less likely now that we have AI moderation, they don't really have a good path to escalate it to where management is going to see it.

Put your unwanted stuff on ebay or drop it off at your local thrift store if you just want it gone. I'd say post it here as "Free to a good home" but that isn't allowed here. Maybe on the Sonos reddit?
