Absolute garbage product. 

 

Im at a perfect spot to throw this s*** out.

 

Apology after apology after apology from so is and then it just worse.

 

Everyday I get stuck in this ill conceived poorly designed POS app.

You should tell Sonos support how you feel, your post here, to the user community may never make it back to the front office, support calls have better odds.
