I tried to factory reset my Gen 2 sub but I started the process before it fully powered off and now it’s in a state of resetting but never finishing. Anyway I can fix this? I’ve tried restarting the process and it didn’t change anything.

Try temporarily wiring the Sub to your router with an ethernet cable.
