Since the Five has got an Aux in, can use a Bluetooth adopter through the line in to play it by Bluetooth?

Yes. All the FIVE cares about is the analog signal, not its origin. Line-In is simply a resource on the network that can play in any combination of SONOS Rooms. There is an Autoplay option that can select the Line-In when Line-In becomes active.
