I got given a zp90 and zp120. Using the sonos S1 app the firmware update for these 2 products fails returning an error 11. I understand this can be due to the firmware being very old. I tried live chat and did all the usual resetting and rebooting with the agent. Same error each time.  Any ideas about next moves. Thanks.
