Hello,

One of my two Era 300s has distorted audio. 

I initially had a stereo pair. When I noticed the distorted audio, to determine which Era 300 it coming from, I removed the stereo pair and that only one Era 300 had the issue. 

I tried a factory reset but sounds are still distorted. 

Any ideas or thoughts?

That does seem odd. If there’s an issue, your best bet would be to call Sonos Support directly to discuss it.

When you speak directly to the phone folks, they have tools at their disposal that will allow them to give you advice specific to your network and Sonos system.
