I keep having to factory reset the era 300 due it disappearing from the Sonos System in the App. I go through the processs and it says it’s worked then it still doesn’t appear in the App. Can someone advise please?

I had the same this morning after it working perfectly well for months. I reset everything although it took a few tries. I also found that it helped if I turned off my VPN
